Reminder Letters

The WellCentive Reminder Letters feature produces patient reminder letters that can be manually generated and printed or can be automatically generated, printed, and mailed to the patients according to a user-determined schedule.

Any Alert can be selected as a Reminder, and the treating physician can customize the corresponding Reminder text.

Each physician office can individually create its own custom reminder letter text as well as upload its own letterhead to the system, which will then appear on every reminder letter that is printed.
